  • 1 cup crab meat (lump or claw, about 120 g / 4 oz)
  • ½ cup frozen peas (75 g / 2.6 oz)
  • ½ cup diced carrots (60 g / 2 oz)
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (3 g / 0.1 oz)

For the Biscuit Crust

  • 1 package Cheddar Bay biscuit mix (like Red Lobster, 450 g / 16 oz)
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (50 g / 1.8 oz)
  • ½ cup cold water (120 ml / 4 fl oz)
  • ¼ cup melted butter (56 g / 2 oz)
  • ½ tsp garlic powder (1 g)
  • Optional: fresh chopped chives for topping
