Ingredients

For the salad

  • 2 cups (200 g) bowtie pasta or small pasta of choice, cooked and cooled
  • 2 cups (200 g) imitation crab meat (surimi), chopped
  • 1 cup (100 g) cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup (120 g) carrots, peeled and chopped
  • ¼ cup (40 g) red onion, finely diced (optional)
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste

For the creamy dressing

  • ¾ cup (180 g) mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup (60 g) sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste
