  • 2 tbsp butter (28 g)
  • 2 garlic cloves, smashed (6 g)
  • 1 sprig rosemary or thyme

For the shrimp

  • 200 g large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tbsp butter (14 g)
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced (6 g)
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika or Cajun seasoning (1 g)
  • A squeeze of lemon juice (about ½ tbsp / 7 ml)
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

For the garlic butter sauce

  • 3 tbsp butter, melted (42 g)
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced (6 g)
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (4 g)
  • ½ tbsp lemon juice (7 ml)
  • Pinch of chili flakes (optional, 0.5 g)
