Greek Chicken Salad Bowl Recipe

Instructions:

1. Marinate & Grill the Chicken

In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Add chicken breasts, coat well, and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Grill or pan-sear chicken until fully cooked (internal temp 165°F / 75°C). Slice into strips.

2. Make the Tzatziki Sauce

In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, dill, salt, and pepper.

Stir well and chill until ready to serve.

3. Assemble the Salad Bowl

Place chopped romaine lettuce in a large bowl.

Arrange sliced cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and red onion on top.

Add grilled chicken slices.

Generously spoon tzatziki sauce over the top.

Garnish with fresh dill.
