Ingredients

- 8 oz (225 g) shrimp, peeled and deveined
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) olive oil
- 2 tbsp (28 g) butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced (about 9 g / 0.3 oz)
Cheese & Toppings:
- 1½ cups (150 g) shredded mozzarella or cheddar
- 2 tbsp (3 g) fresh parsley or green onions, chopped
