Directions

  1. Prepare the Seafood Filling: In a medium bowl, combine chopped shrimp, crab meat, shredded cheese, mayonnaise or cream cheese (if using), garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is evenly combined and creamy. The mixture should look rich and well-coated.
  2. Flatten the Biscuits: Separate the biscuit dough and gently flatten each piece into a 4–5 inch (10–12 cm) round using your hands or a rolling pin.
  3. Stuff the Biscuits: Spoon 1–2 tablespoons of the seafood filling into the center of each flattened biscuit. Carefully fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges tightly to seal.
  4. Prepare for Baking: Place the stuffed biscuits seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet, leaving a little space between each one. Brush the tops generously with melted butter for a golden, flaky finish.
