  • 1 tsp lemon or lime juice (5 ml / 0.17 fl oz)
  • Salt, to taste

  • 2 tbsp melted butter (28 g / 1 oz)
  • 1 small garlic clove, minced (3 g / 0.1 oz)
  • Pinch of chili flakes (optional)
