Ingredients
For the Stir-Fry

- 2 cups broccoli florets (150 g)
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced (120 g)
- 1 small onion, sliced (70 g)
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil (15 ml)
- Salt & pepper, to taste
For the Spicy Honey-Garlic Sauce
- 3 tbsp honey (45 ml)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce (30 ml)
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar or lemon juice (15 ml)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced (9 g)
- 1 tsp ginger, grated (2 g)
- 1–2 tsp chili flakes or chili paste (adjust heat)
- 1 tsp cornstarch + 2 tsp water (slurry)
