Ingredients

  • 8 oz (225 g) lo mein or yakisoba noodles, cooked according to package instructions

  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) hoisin sauce
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp crushed red pepper (optional)
